Rapid Assessment + Rapid Alignment + Rapid Implementation = Rapid Results
1. Rapid Assessment
Our process begins with a discovery call and a short rapid assessment survey. This is followed by a rapid results coaching session to help uncover hidden opportunities and create a simple action plan for moving forward.
Next we take a deep dive into each functional area in order to identify problems and opportunities. Finally we will recommend specific action items called rapid result targets.
2. Rapid Alignment
As we are asking questions about the process with your team members we will be asking strategic questions of senior management. This is when we will fine tune the mission and your 2 page strategic plan. We will then align the rapid result targets to the strategic objectives and create an implementation plan.
3. Rapid Change
After the plan is created we help establish weekly, monthly and quarterly follow up. We provide regular accountability support and encouragement throughout the implementation process. When appropriate, we engage the entire team. If progress is not being made we intervene to determine the cause and develop creative solutions.
