This plan may be for you if:
​

• You know something needs to change in your organization but you're unsure of what or how to do it.
• You desire to move forward but you feel stuck.
• You never have time to get your important projects done.
• You don't have the right staff to lead the change initiatives you want to implement.
• Turnover has left you without a senior staff member and you need interim leadership to assist you during the transition.

What it includes:

1. Total immersion and interim leadership for 2 to 10 hours per week.
2. Creation of a project plan with expected results.
3. The actual implementation of the changes you define.
4. Work with team members and provide training and development in order to implement the desired results.
5. Weekly updates.
6. A project website serves as the central communication hub. 

Project 
Management

$1,500 Minimum
$150/hr.

This plan may be for you if:

• You have a project you want implemented.
• You know where you want to go and have great staff but you don't have an experienced project manager to help coordinate the effort.
• You need a project manager but can not afford to hire one full time.​​

​What it includes:​

1. Creation of the project plan.
2. Weekly reports/communication.
3. Follow up on to do's and open issues.
4. Contingency plans.
5. A Project website that becomes the hub for communication and collaboration.
6. 1 to 3 hours per week.

Business Coaching

$700/mo

This plan may be for you if:

• You want to find ways to advance your operations and performance to maximize growth, profitability, and lifestyle for yourself.
• We have already worked together and I helped you implement a project and now you would like regular follow up and accountability.

What it includes:

1. ​Initial assessment and planning session.
2. Up to 1 hour coaching session via phone or Skype each week.
3. Every 90 days a focused planning session to drive you through your one-page strategic plan.
4. As needed critiquing of your work and ideas.
5. Access to business resources & templates.
6. Requires an average of 1-3 hours* per week of you or your teams participation
